PRISM ERI™ Software Downloads

Download the latest PRISM ERI™ installer for your operating system. A valid license is required to run assessments. Existing customers may download the latest installer at any time.
New customers can purchase a license from the PRISM ERI pricing section. After purchasing a license—or after receiving approval for an evaluation—install PRISM ERI and send your Machine ID using Help → License Status.
Installation & License Activation
- Download the installer for your operating system.
- Run the installer and complete the installation.
- Open PRISM ERI.
- Select Help → License Status.
- Click Send Machine ID to create an email automatically, or manually copy the Machine ID into an email to keith@prism-eri.com. Please include your full name and company name.
- After receiving your license file, save it in a location you can easily find.
- In PRISM ERI, select Help → Import License and choose the saved license file.
License Delivery
Purchased licenses: After payment has been received and your Machine ID has been submitted, your personalized PRISM ERI license file will normally be emailed within 24 hours.
Evaluation licenses: Trial licenses are normally issued within 24–48 hours after the evaluation request has been approved and your Machine ID has been received.
